Splash out the YELLOW by wearing some YELLOW attire (or go total YELLOW!) on FRIDAY. It's all about raising awareness that 'IT's GOOD TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH'
On Friday 8th October, we're raising awareness that it's good to feel OK, happy, sad, fed-up, confused, excited, afraid, joyous etc. Our varying EMOTIONS make us all unique, so it's good to recognise them and acknowledge them, it's good to talk and SHARE how we're feeling!
FRIDAY is YELLOW day in school - so surprise us and wear as little or as much yellow as you wish!.
