  You will of course notice that the NATIONAL NEWS today mentions SCHOOL ATTENDANCE. Every national news channel focuses on SCHOOL ATTENDANCE across the board in PRIMARY and SECONDARY school establishments.
• YEAR 6 and SECONDARY SCHOOL PLACES (offer of places day 1st March 2024)
  We think of our Year 6 children this week because 1st MARCH 2024 is 'secondary school offer/places day'. It will soon happen because secondary school is on the HORIZON for our wonderful Year 6 children.
• MEDICAL NEEDS on the SCHOOL SITE - spring 2024
  We regularly update our MEDICAL NEEDS and PUPIL WELFARE list because it is all part of our whole school SAFEGUARDING agenda. It's about helping your child, looking after your child, and making sure your child is safeguarded on the school site.

  World Book Day will be taking place on Thursday 7 March 2024. This annual celebration of authors, illustrators, books and the joy of reading is one of the highlights of our year at ST. BERNARD'S CATHOLIC PRIMARY 'READING' SCHOOL. We LOVE books!
